U.S Warranty Statement

Steel Solutions USA, (SSUSA) warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of delivery for parts and labor. A one-year parts shall apply to remote refrigeration systems installed by others. The self-contained refrigeration equipment will retain the (1) year warranty on parts and labor. All service bills must be submitted to Steel Solutions USA within 90 days from date of service. Any bills after 90 days will be subject to decline.

APPLICATION

The following exceptions to Steel Solutions USA warranty apply:

Damage to the product caused by overloading, abuse, misuse, tampering, neglect, or accident.
Use of product other than original intent or as recommended by Steel Solutions USA.
Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered in any way other than by Steel Solutions USA.
Other manufacturer specified items installed in Steel Solutions USA products. These items carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Work performed by an unauthorized service center.
In no event shall Steel Solutions USA be liable for loss of use, revenue, or profit due to product failure.
The warranty shall apply only within the United States.

Note: All Emergency Repairs must be reported to Steel Solutions USA the next business day.
